Gayla Groom here. I made a few prototype eCoddles that have been nagging me to find them good homes. You may have received one of these! If so, congratulations, you are acknowledged to be very cool, and you can see your eCoddle’s photoshoot at the end of this page.

What’s the story?

Once these prototypes were done with their photoshoots, they were ready for some real action. They wanted to hold somebody’s e-devices. Frankly, we can’t satisfy them all here at eCoddle LLC, not having that many devices.

So I thought, “What if I give these lovely prototypes to people who I think deserve them and will appreciate them? What if I send eCoddles into environments I think they will resonate with, that they would like living in? Surely the universe would find that a refreshing change from business as usual.”

And maybe these eCoddles will make their users happy.

And maybe these intrepid prototypes — inserting themselves unasked into unknown circumstances — will be seeds to grow the eCoddle idea. After all, eCoddles are best experienced to be believed.

We want to:

Connect with a licensee or partner to take eCoddles global;
Fully manifest the product’s value, rather than follow the standard commercial road;
Make the eCoddle a shining example for a better world we are building;
Empower and vitalize people and communities through this simple, powerful product.

Some things that are amazing about the eCoddle idea:

It does a great job of holding e-devices — very satisfying to use.
It is totally natural — you feel safe and comfortable.
It is beautiful and varied — so many fabric combinations are possible — and it’s reversible.
It’s simple yet unique — we’ve filed a provisional patent application.
E-device holders are a $5 billion and growing market — yet there is NO eco option — and the eCoddle single-handedly fills that huge niche.
eCoddles can be made inexpensively all around the world, with little start-up cost, in small independent nodes, under a central umbrella.
A couple of favorite ideas for nodes are ecovillages and organizations that help disenfranchised people set up micro-businesses.
Everyone involved can make plenty of money and feel good about it.
